My business is a bit different than the other kids' entertainment websites in the SF Bay Area because I'm the only website that doesn't advertise on google AND I'm not just the owner, I'm the LEAD performer. Meaning: the gal you see in photos and whom answers your phone call or text message- IS THE SAME PERSON who shows up to perform at your party!! I don't send sub-contractors or a random girl in costume, like some of the bigger companies do. So you NEVER have to worry about who's coming. You also won't need to worry if who is coming has experience, or is brand new to working with kids- it's always me! And I've been entertaining kids for more than 7 years!!
Added bonus: when you hire me, you have MY DIRECT PHONE NUMBER at all times. So if anything comes up, or you need to change something about your order (even on the SAME day as you party) you can reach me. When you hire a Big company- they can't give you the phone number of who's coming (because sometimes they don't even know!), and unless your actress calls you to confirm (a lot of times they don't) before the party- you just hold your breath and hope she shows up, and that whoever shows up is good. When you hire me- all that stress can be avoided.
The only drawback: I'm not *always* available to pick up the phone. I'm lucky enough to be hired to go to parties almost every single day (Ask about the weekday discount!!), plus, I'm a real person who has to go grocery shopping, and to Dr./dentist appointments, and yoga class, and so I may not always pick up the first time you call- but I do return phone calls/texts within 24-hours, during the week. Often quicker, for urgent requests, on the weekends. But I can promise, if you hire me, I have a 100% reliability rate for showing up, and I'll be there :)
I love what I do so much, I have to pinch myself sometimes. ITS MY JOB to help parents make their kids really happy on their birthday (Or at their parents' company picnic, store opening, pre-school spirit day, etc.), and there's nothing better than the sound of happy children. Is that cheesy?
I take great pride in my work, and know that there's a really small window in a child's life that they ACTUALLY BELIEVE in magic & make-believe. And I know that it is REALLY REAL for them. I make it my mission to preserve that belief for as long as possible.
I've had parents tell me often, after their events, that their child believes they met the "REAL" Elsa, Anna, Ariel, Tinkerbell, Snow, SuperGirl, etc. It's really the highlight of my week when I check my emails to find another happy parent has left a 5-star review or emailed to tell me how their kid just can't stop talking about me. One time, a mom sent me photo of her sleeping child because she wanted to show me that she refused to remove the necklace she received from me (as her magic bday gift, in the magic show), and insisted on wearing it to bed. She was clasping it between her two tiny hands. Too cute :)
