Customers receive a detailed estimate before work begins, outlining labor and material costs with no hidden fees on the final invoice. Our system prioritizes a seamless customer experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After gathering all the required information and conducting a thorough discussion of innovative ideas with our client over a jobsite visit or video call, we confidently present a proposal to them. Upon acceptance, we promptly schedule a commencement date for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am proud to have gained seven years of valuable experience working alongside general contractors. Additionally, I received exceptional training from the Lighting Control Institute and CEDIA Academy. We continue to learn and receive training from our partners in the electrical and home technology industry when opportunities arise.
