FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically price my projects a bit below average to stay competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s important to ask the right questions to gain knowledge and the details help me determine the level of difficulty and if it’s a project I can complete to customers satisfaction. Note* working by myself as a one-man team sometimes limits my abilities as I need another person and try to avoid injuring myself while attempting to handle the job alone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the last 40 years I’ve completed home repairs, residential and commercial jobs and many other construction projects. My experience includes but isn’t limited to coordinating with property managers, realtors and supervising contractors with plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, painting, electrical, HVAC, roofing, janitorial, pest control & safety tasks. Also addressed security concerns, audits, safety and property inspections. I am a journeyman carpenter currently working as a Facility Manage and also have OSHA 10 training, EPA 608 universal certification and have completed many safety courses. Photography is another skill I have many years experience with using both film and DSLR cameras.
