Junior responded quickly, came out, and diagnosed the problem right away. He found that some of the wire connections in the panel had not been torqued properly, and he also discovered a Siemens breaker that had to be replaced because moisture had gotten inside and caused corrosion. He explained everything clearly, fixed the issue the right way, and charged a fair price. The breaker replacement was only a small additional cost, which was completely reasonable. What I appreciated most was that he knew what he was looking at and didn’t waste time guessing or trying to sell me things I didn’t need. Responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and professional. I would definitely call Junior and Marconis again."See more
