Working with Danny in planning my boyfriend’s Celebration of Life, was fantastic! He made a very difficult time in my life a lot less stressful. The food was superb and the staff were very competent, friendly and professional! I just can’t thank you all enough 🥰

Catered a 8 year old bday pool party for ~20 guests (more than enough food provided). 2 gentlemen showed up and setup quietly. Food ready to go on time and excellent service provided to guests. Hot weather in the 90's that day but both gentlemen continued to serve even in black uniforms. Horchata was freshly made that day and was a hit at the party! Highly recommended for future events.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we make contact with a customer, we first inquire about their budgetary needs, event size, and meal preferences. Once we have a understanding of the client's needs, we build a menu based on this information.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Chef's are all Culinary trained from some of the most recognized Culinary institutions; Hyde Park, NY; San Francisco Culinary Academy, Grey stone Culinary, St Helena, CA. Our team have worked in 100 best restaurants chosen by renowned food writers in both New York, Chicago, and The San Francisco Bay Area.
