Bruce and his son were great! They showed up on time and got right to work. Also Bruce came in person to give a free quote to see the room and rugs in person. I left the driveway and garage free for them to do the work and they never left a mess. Cleaning quality seems great. Our biggest concern was pet pee and poo on the carpet and he was able to get it out as far as we can see and smell. One other nice thing is as part of the couch cleaning he was able to tilt the couch up and clean underneath.

Bruce worked hard to get some pretty difficult spots out of my store’s carpet. He did a great job. When I pointed out an area I was not entirely satisfied with, he came back and fixed it. I appreciated that.
