- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flexible based on the type of service you're looking for. We offer several packages, including our Boozy Basics, Easy Breezy, and Boozy Bliss packages, with options to customize based on your event needs. We also offer discounts for first-time clients, such as 15% off bookings, and special flat rates for certain services. Ice and compostable cups are typically additional costs, and gratuity is not included in the base price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to learn more about your event, vision, and expectations. This helps us understand the scope, including the number of guests, the type of drinks, and the bar setup you're looking for. After we discuss the details, I provide a customized proposal that outlines all the services, pricing, and timelines. Once everything is agreed upon, we finalize the booking with a downpayment. Throughout the process, I stay in touch to ensure everything is on track leading up to your event. Our goal is to make the process easy and stress-free, and we're always flexible to do what works best for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over eight years of experience in the food and beverage industry, working in various capacities, including bartending and event management. My background also includes a strong focus on customer service, which allows me to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests. Additionally, I have several mixology courses under my belt as well as food safety certifications.
