The problem area was identified and I was shown photos within minutes of the roofer arrival and getting up the roof. Advice was provided, and pricing was reasonable. Roofer arrived on time and after pulling tiles in problem area, discovered damaged plywood, and went an extra mile to replace the damaged pieces. Very pleased with the quality of work, just waiting for the next rainstorm to ensure there is no further leaks.
