He was very pleasant as well as efficient in his time use. He gave explanations for what he was doing prior to starting. I asked a question about moving the piano to a tropical climate, and he was knowledgeable about the options and told me what I can expect as the piano adjusts to a different climate. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Mr. Tuner is great! I bought a piano last year and had put off tuning it. But over the year, I had sticky keys, my sustain pedal wasn’t working, and my piano was completely out of tune. He fixed all of these issues and was explaining in depth what the causes of these were. You can tell he has been doing this for a long time because he had so much knowledge about everything. I will definitely be using him for all of my piano services and I HIGHLY recommend him!
