I’ve been training with Kaitlyn for over a year after my prior trainer went on maternity leave. She convinced me to train twice a week to in order to see progress and improvements faster. She was right. I didn’t know I was getting stronger until a few months ago when I saw a video of myself doing lat pulldowns. My goal was to strengthen my core and improve overall stability. As an older client (>60 yo), she understands my limitations, yet I’m always impressed with how she has made me stronger than I’ve been before. She pushes me yet always asks me how I feel about the weight/exercise making sure that my safety is priority. That being said, she knows my potential for progress – her favorite support phrase being “you’re stronger than you think.” Thus, she has me feeling more confident in my strength abilities (as she sneaks on extra weight plates when I’m not looking). Mostly, I love that it’s my strength (and not weight) that she encourages and advances by working different muscle groups.

Kaitlyn is incredibly knowledgeable and communicates things very easily which makes my workouts far better than what I’m used to. She is well organized and has a plan every session and makes it fun. I highly recommend her for personal training
