Our front yard now looks amazing thanks to Julio (owner of JZ synthetic), who was a pleasure to work with! Throughout the process, he was very honest, knowledgeable, and communicative. Additionally, every member of his crew was courteous and a pleasure to work with. Julio took care of the full tear out, paver area and turf. I actually had Julio and the guys do 3 separate jobs on my property in 2023. They did my backyard with turf, pavers and rock in March and it looks stunning. I was very impressed with their work so I asked them to make a second driveway with pavers in July. The tearout was a little tedious for them as they had to remove the the entire front yard that was covered with crabgrass. Once that was done, they installed DG and made a stepping stone pathway leading to the new beautiful driveway! Again, I was impressed with the work from Julio, Miguel and Michael and asked Julio to come back out again for a third job this month! The third project was building a rock pathway w/paver borders leading from the curb to the front patio. However, we had a large tree that had to be removed for many reasons. Julio offered to remove it so I did not have to hire a tree removal service as well before they could start the pathway. Again, not an easy task as the roots were huge! Julio and Miguel never complained and handled the difficult task very professionally. After the tree removal, they planted 2 Queen Palms for me as well. The front yard is absolutely gorgeous and get many compliments from the neighbors! These guys have totally transformed my property! It went from "blah" to "bling" in just a matter of days! You won't be disappointed with their work! These guys are truly artistic! I would give them 10 Stars if I could! Thanks so much guys for bringing up the value of my home!

Julio and his crew did an excellent job with pavers on my parkway. I have been in construction all my life but have aged past being able to do the work myself and was pleased to have them do it. They removed the sod and soil, build up a secure base, placed the pavers and sealed them. Very professional job.
