I offer private training sessions at a location convenient for you, as well as weekly classes at my gym. My expertise lies in Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Boxing, with a sole focus on striking techniques—I do not offer Jiu-Jitsu instruction.
Self-defense is a continuous learning process that requires dedication to technique training, physical conditioning, partner drills, technical sparring, and hard sparring. Consistency in these areas is essential for developing real proficiency and the ability to protect yourself.
About Rich
My martial arts journey began 16 years ago when I committed to improving my health and fitness. Through high-intensity training and healthier eating habits, I lost 85 pounds, experiencing a profound personal transformation. This journey ignited my passion for helping others achieve similar success.
I started by teaching fitness kickboxing, which naturally led me to Muay Thai. Over the years, Muay Thai has become more than just a discipline—it's a lifelong pursuit that I continue to grow in as both a student and a teacher.
