I specialize in Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Boxing, focusing solely on striking techniques. I do not offer Jiu Jitsu instruction. Self-defense is a continuous process that requires consistent practice, including technique training, physical conditioning, partner drills, technical sparring, and hard sparring. These are all essential to becoming proficient and gaining the ability to protect yourself.
My name is Coach Rich. My journey began 13 years ago when I set out to lose weight and improve my health. Through high-intensity workouts and healthier eating, I lost 85 pounds and felt a profound transformation. This experience ignited my passion for helping others achieve similar results.
I started by teaching fitness kickboxing, which later led me to Muay Thai. Training and teaching Muay Thai has become a deep passion of mine, and I continuously strive to grow as both a student and a coach.
Fun Fact: In addition to my martial arts expertise, I am certified in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga and am also a musician and guitar teacher.
My mission is to inspire, motivate, and help you reach your fitness and martial arts goals. I am USA Boxing Certified, and private sessions are available for $100 each.
