- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimate fees are waived if customer moves forward with options. Willing to work with any budget and provide multiple options to either upgrade or repair for the time being. Discounts can be applicable when customers are looking to bundle multiple projects at once.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always provide a free whole home plumbing evaluation to determine the true root issue of any plumbing need. As well to educate the homeowner on how their whole home plumbing system functions. This allows the home owner to be ready for future repairs or upgrades that may be needed at that time. All customers will also get a phone call or message prior to your scheduled appointment to confirm booking and arrival time.
