As each tax situation is unique. I offer 30 min Consultations for a fee of $30.00 which can be paid in advance or at the time of the 1. office visit or 2. virtual services request. 3. Referral incentives and discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. VIRTUAL TAX PREPARATION - We only meet one time to sign documentation. 2. IN-OFFICE APPOINTMENT - 30 MIN. CONSULTATION FOR A FEE OF $30.00 TO ASSESS YOUR TAX SOLUTION DUE PRIOR TO SERVICES RENDERED. 3. After the assessment, tax completion in the same day or 72 hrs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take a refresher course as a Tax Preparer every 1 year as State mandated and required by law. However, to keep-up-to-date, I network with professionals in the same field and I am a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals. I attend seminar training from the State and local associations to be knowledgeable and current within my field of expertise while keeping abreast of CA state laws and my client's request.
