Their honesty, thorough explanation of the repair and no pressure approach gave me the confidence to go ahead and except their estimate. Their estimate was very competitive with other companies. They scheduled the repair within the week. In addition to the agreed upon repair, they made a minor additional repair at no charge. They truly care about their customers. All I've done was get a job quote inspection done. I haven't even gotten back his quote yet. The guy was on time, extremely personable and did a good inspection of the tree damage to my roof. We'll just have to wait and see, just what kind of quote he comes back with...
