I had a party at 5pm, front yard was a mess, this guy showed up at 12, cut the grass, picked up the garbage, cleaned the garden, he even trimmed our palm trees. He was done by 3 and out by 3:30, I was able to setup and have the party with no one complaining about any tall grass or ugly palm trees
