In the world of TV tech, my problem was elementary. Once I explained my situation to Shawn, he both solved it and then walked me through the steps to deal with it. Super friendly and respectful of your home! Technician Peter came on time the first day to assess the issue and I ordered the parts for the tv. As soon as the parts came we set up an appointment and Peter(and Shawn on the phone) came back on time to finish the job.during the whole process they were incredibly nice and explained every step so I understood what was going on. In the end I decided to get a new TV instead. Also, Shawn was nice enough to recommend some TVs and offered to mount the new tv for me when if I wanted. If any of my TVs ever needs to be fixed I would definitely call them again! Definitely recommend!
