- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer an all-inclusive package with up-front pricing. Most of my cases are handled on a flat-fee bases based upon the services the client requires. Whether it is a one time need for a Health Care Directive or Power of Attorney or a complete Estate Planning package that is reviewed annually, my clients know, in advance, what services will be provided and the fees they will pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free one hour in-person, telephone or virtual (Zoom) consultation to find out more about the potential client and for the client to learn more about me. This way, both of us make an informed decision before moving forward together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the Santa Barbara College of Law in December, 1997 and began practicing law in 1998. Since 2007, I have been working in the area of family law and estate planning. I have specialized in estate planning since 2014.
