- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically come to your home for a free consult to meet your pets and answer any questions you have and review pricing and services. Once established as a client, you gain priority regarding multiple bookings and have all the email and text support you need 24/7.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a pet sitter and trainer for 10 years as well as a veterinary technician for over 15 years. I have extensive training in specialty hospitals including surgery and emergency medicine. I am certified in animal CPR and am a registered EMT. I also volunteer for SDF and are an active pet foster for VCAS.
