Sttevenn was fantastic! Helped us organize our garage and storage to prepare for our baby’s arrival. He had great ideas with where things should be stored based on use, priority, and size/weight. He also helped us get rid of a few items! Would highly recommend.

I found Sttevenn for our new law office in Santa Barbara and needless to say he was amazing. It was a massive project that included unpacking all of their boxes, building furniture, organizing closets & other areas of the office, hanging shelves & a few other misc. taks. Sttevenn spent almost 2 full weeks helping our office get set up & after his first day our team in Santa Barbara reached out to tell me how much they loved his work & that he was a great find! They even wanted Sttevenn to do more tasks for them. Sttevenn provided us with an extremely detailed invoice laying out each everything he provided, which was beneficial to our business when it comes to expenses. Sttevenn communicated well with me (as I am not in that location) and double checked before adding on additional projects/charges. Steven organized our garage and helped us start prepping for our move to our new house. He was fast, efficient, had great ideas and super skilled at organizing! I couldn’t be more pleased! And to top it off he was kind and solicitous! I was very tired with a nagging backache and he set me up so I could be comfortable while I sorted through some of the stuff! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Services are offered Per Hour, so you can control your budget and how much time you need me for. Also, We can do a 2 hour "Trial Run" to give an example of work with no obligation to see if we are a good fit for each other. Most sessions are 3 hours. Usually 2.5 hours organizing and 1/2 hour to clean up / plan / set next appointment if needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is a FREE phone consultation. After, we schedule a in house diagnosis / consultation that includes a written estimate. From there we can... A. start right then or B. schedule a time to start later on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have personal moving experience and 14+ years organizing all types of clients. Have acquired customer service skills from my 14+ years organizing and 11 years of my landscaping business in another life.
