I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chef Tim. I've worked with many chefs for different sized events and Tim is at the top of my list. His communication was great from start to finish. I love that he doesn't have a set menu he sends out and that's is customized completely to your needs. He was prompt and of course the best part, his food was out of this world. The presentation was beautiful as well. We were in a rented house with an odd hodgepodge of items and he still made everything beautifully. Everyone kept talking about it even after he left. I didn't even notice when he cleaned up and packed up, he did it all so quietly and efficiently. It takes a lot to impress me, I was truly impressed. I will absolutely hire Chef Tim again.

Each meal and event is completely different, after our first consultation we will be able to provide you a quote based on the level of service and style of meal you would like.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The start of the process is understanding what or who the meal is for, likes, and wants then creating a custom menu based around that and what is in season.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Classically French trained with a degree from Le Cordon Bleu and have been in the industry for over 25 years.
