- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each meal and event is completely different, after our first consultation we will be able to provide you a quote based on the level of service and style of meal you would like.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The start of the process is understanding what or who the meal is for, likes, and wants then creating a custom menu based around that and what is in season.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Classically French trained with a degree from Le Cordon Bleu and have been in the industry for over 25 years.
