Chef Tim responded to my request for a private chef at the absolute last minute. My party was for 8 and I wanted a premium surf and turf experience with a charcuterie board and sides. Chef Tim went above and beyond the call and delivered the most delicious food and the most beautiful charcuterie board too. My friends and I were blown away and we obviously did work on the leftovers because it was all just too good. Chef Tim was super responsive and communicative regarding options, pricing, timing, and even had great suggestions to elevate the experience. Can’t wait to use Chef Tim again

Each meal and event is completely different, after our first consultation we will be able to provide you a quote based on the level of service and style of meal you would like.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The start of the process is understanding what or who the meal is for, likes, and wants then creating a custom menu based around that and what is in season.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Classically French trained with a degree from Le Cordon Bleu and have been in the industry for over 25 years.
