I had a fantastic experience working with Chef Tim. I needed a special soup cooked for a medical treatment and Chef Tim stepped in to help me. The soup turned out amazing!!! It was so delicious!! To know I was in such good hands was such a relief. Not only is Chef Tim an excellent chef, but he is also a really kind person. I highly recommend him. And if I am in need of a chef for a dinner party or anything of that nature, I will definitely work with him again.

Hired Chef Tim for my finances birthday dinner with friends at our home and had the most amazing time and food! Chef Tim put together a menu of my fiancés favorite foods and was able to work around some allergies. He was prepared, kind, and so efficient. This was a memorable and delicious meal, everyone left raving about it, and we cannot wait to hire Chef Tim again and couldn’t recommend him more!

We loved having Chef Tim. I reached out about my 40th birthday and he was so responsive and helpful in planning a special menu. He made everything so easy and seamless for me and everything he served was beautiful and delicious. We can’t wait to have him back one day soon!

Chef Tim saved us this past weekend. We had booked another chef from here for a surprise birthday trip and she flaked the morning of our event. He quickly accommodated us with the same menu for later that weekend. Food was delicious and Chef Tim was a pleasure to work with!

Chef Tim was the BEST!!! He was just such a pleasure to work with and be around with my Family. We celebrated my Dad’s 70th birthday and brought over Chef Tim for a dinner celebration. He had great ideas on what dishes to provide and gave us options. The food was dynamite! I will use Tim in the future and cannot recommend him enough!!

Each meal and event is completely different, after our first consultation we will be able to provide you a quote based on the level of service and style of meal you would like.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The start of the process is understanding what or who the meal is for, likes, and wants then creating a custom menu based around that and what is in season.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Classically French trained with a degree from Le Cordon Bleu and have been in the industry for over 25 years.
