Introduction

Being Italian, I'm very passionate about what I do. My clients have become like a family to me. I listen and make sure that classes are tailored to fit my client's needs and that they are having fun and learning a lot about not only the language but the Italian culture. I love meeting new and interesting people with such diverse backgrounds. I learn so much from my students!

Nancy Brunetti is a fantastic tutor. I’m taking weekly lessons with her to become conversational in Italian. The sessions are so helpful! She expertly steers the conversation to different topics, which pushes me to expand my vocabulary and become proficient in mastering Italian grammar, especially verb tenses. When I make a grammar error, she doesn’t merely correct me. Rather, she explains the grammar rules needed to understand her correction so I can avoid repeating that error. On a personal level, Nancy has a good heart and an engaging personality, which makes learning with her not only easy but also very enjoyable!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Master's degree in Education.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have taught Italian for different companies, universities, private and group classes. I teach children and adults. I teach classes online and also do translating. Anything that has to do with Italian, I can help :)
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice I could give is to pick a teacher you feel very comfortable with and trust. Unfortunately, as we get older, we get more shy when it comes to speaking a different language. I tell my new students that they will be speaking Italian starting in their first class! :)
