FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 100$ an hour for electrical troubleshooting. I also require a 2 hour minimum, however if the main problem is solved quickly I will do a home electrical inspection to fill the time
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a phone conversation acts as a meet and greet. We talk about project basics and with the information provided I try to give a rough estimate. Then, a job walk is usually done so we can both get a good handle on the project, and a much more accurate estimate is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a full time electrician for 5 years and was a maintenance professional for 3 years.
