We were more than pleased. Professional, knowledgeable, well equipped. Showed up right on time, did a fantastic job, answered all questions / concerns, were time-efficient, and left everything spotless. Nice people too. They stripped our older laminate flooring of the Mop N Glow buildup of 26 years! We were told by others that it couldn’t be done without damaging the laminate. But Imperial succeeded! I’m going to ask them back for carpet cleaning, and I’m telling my neighbors about them too. Thank you to Thumbtack.
