I was meeting with hip surgeons to schedule getting a new hip because of severe arthritis. Nancy encouraged me to hold off and work through my condition. After just a few sessions, I was no longer having pain in my hip, and I am back doing yoga again after I thought it was over for me. I can't express my gratitude enough. Nancy knows her stuff! and is generous, fun, and compassionate.
