Hello! My name is Philip, and I’m located in Manhattan Beach and Venice, CA. I hold a master's degree in film composition and music production, as well as a bachelor's degree in bassoon performance from the Eastman School of Music. I also teach band at the elementary schools in the Manhattan Beach school district. Since moving to LA, I've performed in numerous studio sessions for films, conducted the LA Philharmonic Orchestra, and produced music for contestants on NBC's "The Voice."

Philip is wonderful to work with. He's got an exceptional ear and his feedback is spot-on. We recorded vocals and acoustic guitar for three tracks and I'm stoked about how everything is turning out! These tracks required me to stretch my voice beyond what I normally do and Philip was exactly the right person to work with-- truly a recording session/vocal lesson hybrid. Easy communication, quality work, and just a great human being!
