- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with all budgets, and if you have a certain amount you can spend, I will accommodate that and give you more homework. I also offer online training if you live too far from West LA to meet with me in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is tailored to ensure each client receives a personalized experience: Complimentary Initial Session: We begin with a sit-down to review your health history, including any past injuries or medical concerns. We’ll also discuss your fitness goals, your motivation (your "why"), and the best approach to achieving them. Lifestyle Assessment: I take a close look at what you’re doing outside of training—daily habits, stressors, sleep quality, and nutrition—to identify any potential roadblocks. Program Design: Using the information we’ve gathered, I create a customized training program that combines your goals with your unique needs and lifestyle. Coaching: Each session is designed to build on the last, incorporating progressive resistance training, functional movement patterns, and holistic health strategies My goal is to provide a results-driven experience that fits seamlessly into your life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years Experience. Ran Gold's Gym Venice, "The Mecca of Bodybuilding" fitness department for 8 years. Certifications: National Academy of Sports Medicine – CPT Certified Stretch Therapist Advanced Certification: Integrated Flexibility Specialist Advanced Certification: Corrective Exercise Specialist Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Level Two, Paul Chek Institute Steel Mace Flow Coach (with honors)
