We do! We have several flat rate plans available. Each one designed for the different types of aquariums we come across.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first have to figure out our clients goals. Everyone wants something different and for long term success, we make sure to understand our clients expectations so we can provide them with a service plan that best suites their goals and budgets
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has been servicing and renovating aquariums, ponds, and fountains since 2004. We've learned everything we know from real world experience and have seen pretty much everything out there :)
