- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Solar Panel Cleaning Prices 1-19 panels ~ $11 per panel 20-29 panels ~ $10 per panel 30-39 panels ~ $9 per panel 40-49 panels ~ $8 per panel 50+ panels ~ $7 per panel Discounts are available for semi annual and quarterly customers! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After answering any questions about the cleaning process, the cleaning crew, or the companies insurance coverage, I would proceed to the cleaning. Most cleanings take one hour, and most roofs are very straight forward. After discussing the above topics with the customer, I like to gather some information. I only need to know how many panels the customer has, and what days are best to get them cleaned. After these questions are answered, we pick a day and the customer provides me with their address.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to work for a solar sales and instillation company. Two of my mentors still sell and install solar. I pivoted so I could start my own company.
