FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I structure my fees transparently so that the customer is charged fairly for the workload required. For the first 3 months, I charge hourly at $65/hr. I call this the "trial period." After the trial period, I am able to offer my customers a flat monthly rate based on the average amount of hours worked over the trial period. This monthly rate is guaranteed for one year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always offer a free consultation with any new client. This gives them the opportunity to ask me any questions they might have and it gives me the opportunity to get to know more about their bookkeeping needs. I believe in maintaining open communication with my clients so that I can give them the most accurate financial picture possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Bookkeeper through the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers. I have also completed the Intuit Bookkeeping Certification Training.
