Scheduling an appointment was seamless—no complicated apps or back-and-forth hassle. I was able to book directly with the owner, who made the process straightforward and stress-free. To this day, I still schedule appointments through text, often on short notice, and the owner always finds a way to accommodate me, which makes my life so much easier. Now, let’s talk about the service. I’ll admit, the initial quote was the highest I’d ever received. At first, that gave me pause. But after experiencing their work firsthand, I can confidently say the price reflects the quality. Wild Willow’s attention to detail is unmatched, and every request I’ve made has been met without hesitation. Despite the slightly higher cost, I now consider Wild Willow my go-to gardener. The consistency and professionalism make the price well worth it, and the service is easily 5/5 stars. If you’re wondering whether I’d recommend them, the answer is an enthusiastic yes. It was finally time we hired someone to help us maintain our yard and I’m truly glad we chose willow landscape. Alex just completed the first time clean up today & we are so pleased with the job he did. I don’t typically write reviews but for this job I had to because it was so well deserved. Landscaping takes a good eye & understanding of the plants & yard set up. I’m very impressed that Alex didn’t weed (on purpose) random growths of spring flowers and he knew where the landscape lighting electrical was ran so he didn’t clip them on accident. He trimmed up a lot of our bushes too and ended up being very happy with it. I would definitely recommend Willow Landscaping and am happy that he will continue on a reoccurring schedule. Thank you, Alex for doing a fantastic job!
