This review is specifically about Mr. Solomon E. We recently called Golden Retrofit to do a foundation inspection to determine if the foundation of our property needed any repairs. Mr. Solomon came for the inspection, and he did a great job. Below are some highlightsGreat communication and Punctuality: Solomon reminded me the day before the appointment, then informed me again about 20min before his arrival on the day of the inspection.Thoroughness: Solomon did a very thorough inspection both inside and around the property, even got into places that I didnt know existed before.Knowledgeable and educational: Solomon explained everything to me in plain English, and educated me on what to look out for and how to identify potential foundation issues and showed me some easy ways to monitor and identify potential issues. I learned a lot from him.Honesty: after all of his detailed and hard work, he told me that there was nothing to worry about foundation of our property now and there was no need to do any repairs.It was such a fantastic experience. I will definitely use Solomons service again and will recommend anyone to use his service.

Golden Retrofit is the real deal!!! This company is the BEST to deal with for your foundation needs. I had gotten in to the California Brace & Bolt program and from the first interaction they were A+++.I had called 5 companies for quotes and GR was not only competitive with price but didn't oversell what needed to be done to my foundation. Solomon was my point person and was above and beyond knowledgeable and just an overall great guy. The company took care of everything for my EBB program requirements and made it a smooth process every step of the way. They also repaired a few cracks in the foundation and gave me some solutions to avert future water damage issues. The crew that came the day of service were super nice, respectful and super neat. After they left everything was so clean, you wouldn't have known they were hear. They also provided pictures of everything before and after the work. I can go on, and on about how great this company is to deal with. Bottom line...every business could take a page from Golden Retrofits book. Thank You for a great experience.

I called this company thinking my back patio and another wall inside my house was going to collapse. They sent Solomon to my house and he was able to assure me that the house foundation was good and didnt need a repair and answered all my questions regarding the issue. i highly recommend them and will not hesitate to contact them again
