Golden Retrofit is the real deal!!! This company is the BEST to deal with for your foundation needs. I had gotten in to the California Brace & Bolt program and from the first interaction they were A+++.I had called 5 companies for quotes and GR was not only competitive with price but didn't oversell what needed to be done to my foundation. Solomon was my point person and was above and beyond knowledgeable and just an overall great guy. The company took care of everything for my EBB program requirements and made it a smooth process every step of the way. They also repaired a few cracks in the foundation and gave me some solutions to avert future water damage issues. The crew that came the day of service were super nice, respectful and super neat. After they left everything was so clean, you wouldn't have known they were hear. They also provided pictures of everything before and after the work. I can go on, and on about how great this company is to deal with. Bottom line...every business could take a page from Golden Retrofits book. Thank You for a great experience.

Great value. High quality work. Responsive communication.I just got my foundation inspection cleared with Golden Retrofit and I couldn't be happier with the results. This was my first home and, of all the foundation companies I spoke with, they were far and away the most professional. I had the pleasure of working with David, Joey and Selina and they made the whole process quick and easy.On top of the actual work, their responsive communication is where the team really shined. They were always very transparent, never tried to sell me (and actually helped save me money) and they took the time and walked me through every step of the process.
