The technician Ben arrived only 20 minutes after I called the company for an urgent garage door repair. He did a great job explaining the problem which was a worn heavy duty spring and damaged straight bar. He replaced the parts quickly and safety tested the garage door to ensure all was working properly. I recommend highly Ben for any garage door services.

Michael did a great job fixing my garage door issue by replacing the motor and spring. My last garage door opener started struggling to close the door all the way sometimes which was really annoying. Michael completed the repair in just a few hours and helped me set up and test the garage door opener in my Tesla as well. He explained the system well and how to set up the app for additional features. I'm very happy with the service.
