I requested for repair service online and received a call within minutes. Ben arrived on time the following morning to check on the faulty garage door sensors. He explained in detail every step, verified that the old sensors were no longer working properly , and installed new ones. Even though I know nothing about garage openers , he tried the best of his ability to explain about the model I have compared to the new ones available now. I will definitely contact again if there's issues (hopefully not) again in the future.

I scheduled my appointment on Thumbtack after 9 PM and they were able to come the next morning around 8 AM. I needed my garage door and garage opener unit replaced. It was pretty old and had been repaired several times over the years. David spend time explaining exactly what I needed. I got a quote from another company the day before for $3700 and it would take a month for the door to come and be replaced! Armor was able to do it for $1000 less and did everything the very next day! They said it would take four hours to get it done, but it took a little less than that and the work looks great. Happy with my choice and I would highly recommend them!

Ben arrived on time and assessed whether I would need to replace or repair my 10+-year-old door opener. It seemed to be straining and working hard to lift the garage door, which is a light aluminum door. Ben determined that my Genie 1/2 hp garage opener was burning itself out and getting very warm with very little use. He recommended replacing it. I remember how difficult it was to replace one in an earlier home when I was into DIY. Don't do it. I recommend hiring a professional to install a garage door opener. So, I went forward with the replacement of my old garage door opener with a Chamberlain/Liftgate 81062? model with myQ/Wifi. What a difference! The new garage door opener lifts the garage door with ease and since I have a Tesla it opens up automatically due to the myQ subscription. It's perfect and Ben did a fantastic job! Thank you!
