- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to give memories that will be cherished and make the process as stress free as possible. We know what it’s like to plan events and parties as well as wanting the best for our loved ones. And we show that in our customer service and work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client would reach out to me. I ask them all the party details need and provide them with a quote. If they are happy with the quote I would reach out to my team to see who I have available. Then we confirm by sending them a message with all the details given to confirm as well as a way to pay the deposit to secure the date and timeframe. The remaining balance is always taken care after services is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learnt from some of the best in Los Angeles as well as being a manager for successful companies in the past. But the great thing about my team is we are always learning from each other.
