great! couch and chair are super clean and shampooed- had a fire and really just needed a basic cleaning to remove all the tiny soot particles from the upholstery. dried mostly in a few hours- completely dry by the next morning. very quick, very competitive price. very nice technician who was communicative and explained my options thoroughly. thank you!
