- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'd like to assess the aquarium and find out what ultimately needs to be done and what the client would like to have done. We'll do our best to make our recommendations fit our clients schedule and budget. Our goal is to bring out the best and surpass your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10+ years in the aquarium industry. We've serviced clients in NY and are now bringing the same quality here in California.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with every type of client including the beginner to the advanced reefer who needs help maintaining their aquarium to the high end client who prefers to stay anonymous. Our clients trust our work and our employees to where we will have full access to their homes to work on their aquariums.
