- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
TechPro Appliance Repair charges $75 service fee for the diagnostics. This fee is always applied towards the labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are always welcome new customers. Our operator makes an appointment with customer after customer's approval. We send our technician to their homes to diagnose and write the quote if the appliance needs part replacement. After the quote is approved by the customer we will proceed to replace the part.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At TechPro Appliance Repair we provide periodic technician skill improvement courses held by our certified senior technicians. Our courses include unit schematics reading, compressor welding, properly diagnosing issues, and most importantly how to make great customer service which is very vital in our business. At TechPro we believe that highly satisfied customer is the key to business success.
