I wasn’t sure if the severity of the mold issue in my condo and Leroy came over within 24 hrs of my initial message. So prompt! He confirmed there was mold and gave me some affordable and safe options to remediate the mold issue I was having (mainly due to humidity) and since the issue was fairly small, he did not charge me for his time and gave me options to remediate my mold issue! 10/10 would recommend and will refer him and his business to anyone who needs it!

I recently hired OnStar through Thumbtack to remove mold from drywall, and overall, my experience was okay. They were quick to respond to my initial message, and the price was reasonable. However, there were some issues with communication after the initial visit. They didn’t specify how long the entire process would take, and I had to reach out multiple times to get updates. It was difficult to get a hold of someone through Thumbtack, so I ended up calling directly. Additionally, there was an issue with some paint being removed from the ceiling due to the masking tape they used to create a barrier. While they offered a discount for this, I felt it was something that could have been avoided with better precautions. However, overall, the work was good and worth the value. With improved communication and more careful measures, the experience could have been even better.

Huge thank you to Alfredo and Ana! Our home had a horrible smell and mold growing in our guest room and utility closet. They completed disinfected the home, and treated all the mold. The answered everything and were super informative. My house smells normal and clean again! Thank you guys!

I had some mold in my house (caused by water damage) so I called Onstar to give me a free assessment. They were super friendly and honest! They were the 3rd company to give me an estimate and I chose to go with them not only because of their fair pricing, but because they made me feel really comfortable. They took care of all the mold and even set up equipment to get rid of any leftover moisture. Everyone from the office staff to the field techs were very friendly and informative.
