- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Locksmith at Your Door charges a small service fee to have our technician come out to you. Once we arrive our experienced technician will evaluate the problem that needs to be fixed and give you his best opinion on how to solve it, he will then give you a quote before starting the job. Our technician will provide you with the highest quality service and make sure you are always satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we are working with a new customer we like to provide them with all the information they need and let them know exactly what needs to be done to fix the issue at hand. Once our technician is at the site he will explain everything and let the client know exactly how much the project will cost before starting the job. Once the job is complete the technician will show the customer what he did and have them check it to make sure they are satisfied with the job before he leaves to his next customer. A happy customer is our goal for every job.

Our technicians have been working in locksmith service for many years and are qualified to provide you with the best results. We have encountered every locksmith scenario you can imagine and with their experience can get any job done.
