Our pricing is transparent and straightforward, with no hidden fees. Each type of cleaning service — whether it’s standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, or specialized services like upholstery cleaning — has a clear pricing structure based on the size of the property, the level of detail required, and the estimated time. To confirm your appointment, we require a $50 deposit. This helps secure your spot on our schedule and allows us to prepare the right team and supplies for your cleaning. For larger projects or regular recurring services, we are happy to offer custom pricing packages or discounts. We always provide an upfront estimate before starting any work, so our clients know exactly what to expect. If you have any special requests or specific needs, we’re always happy to discuss and tailor the service to fit your budget and preferences.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of our clients already have a good idea of the service they need — whether it’s window cleaning, upholstery cleaning, standard cleaning, or deep cleaning. Deep cleaning often includes specialized services such as move-out cleaning or post-construction cleaning. If a client isn’t sure which service fits their needs best, we’re always happy to provide a consultation to help them choose the right option.
