- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'll charge you $70 an hour. if you need to go to the store, it will cost $40 an hour. I give discounts to regular customers who give a lot of work. you can book me for the whole day - it will cost $700 (labor for 10-12 hours)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
arrange a time. arrive on time. show and tell everything about the work ahead and point out the difficulties that may arise
