We had Carlos and his team relocate our irrigation valves and install a concrete patio & walkway in our side yard in preparation for a hot tub. He was very friendly, punctual, explained to me his entire plan for doing the concrete, and answered any questions I had. They did a fantastic job with the concrete and it looks great. We did have an issue with one of the irrigation valves being installed backwards, but he came back out to troubleshoot it and got it fixed. I really appreciate that he followed up to make that right. We are very happy with the work that he and his team did and would recommend them to anyone looking to get a landscaping project completed.

Jose took care of all aspects of improving the flooring in my horse’s stall. He advised me on the best material to use (DG) and picked up and delivered a sufficient amount for the job. He leveled and packed the DG at a slight angle, in order to allow for optimal drainage when it rains. Jose worked very quickly and finished the job ahead of schedule. I strongly recommend Jconstruction.

Jose and his team are beyond amazing, knowledgeable, prompt and professional!!! They came over to our home and completed a 16 x 12 add on for a guest room / office attached to our garage. They completed the job within budget and on time in three and a half weeks. Jose gave us a schedule and quoted us a very reasonable amount for demo, new concrete, haul off, structural concrete pad, framing, roofing, stucco, flooring, electrical and paint. Once we signed the contract they started the work the following day They came through with flying colors and exceeded our expectations in every aspect of the job!!! We honestly cannot say enough positive things about Jose & his team and they checked every box possible. We will have a contractor for life and will always call Jose for any future contracting jobs.

Working with Jose and his crew has been an experience. He did show up and he did the concrete foundation well. Compared to other quotes we had at the time it was doable. When it came to building the shop and carport it was a different story. The material we had carefully measured and purchased accordingly was not used as our drawings specified. Like we lost some communication. The crew he brought in trashed our yard and treated it like it was an anonymous job site. Nothing that was in their way survived, and bottles and lunch trash was left every where every day that they showed up. When all was done almost up to the point of them finishing, he all of a sudden announced that for building the carport the price went up X 10! His excuse was he had "left off a zero accidentally". We had to negotiate the final payment which was still 7X more than what we had planned and had to work with. The craftmanship on our carport is shoddy at best, with the whole thing being obviously crooked and not according to plan. His miss-use of the materials we pre-purchased caused us to have to spend more on more materials to make up for this. We cannot, in all good faith, recommend this company to anyone for carpentry. The concrete work was a different story. Just be sure to get his offer in writing, signed, and hold them to it.
