After the rain earlier this week, we discovered we had a clog somewhere in the gutter system of our 3-story house that was causing a waterfall onto our front porch. I reached out to Teodor and he responded almost immediately with an estimate and appointment time for the very next day. Due to the current shelter in place order, I requested we avoid all in-person communication and Teodor was completely understanding and accommodating of that. I provided the necessary access before he arrived, and we handled all communication and business by phone and app. Teodor arrived right on time and alerted me that he was starting the job. He was able to clear the clog and then clean the gutters all around the perimeter of our house quickly and thoroughly. We also engaged him to wash some very dirty windows, some screened, on one level of the house and he did a top-notch job with that too. Teodor was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process super easy during a very weird time. Honestly, if you have the means right now, and the need, it's a great time to have this kind of work done. Besides supporting small business in our community, all the logistics can be coordinated contact-free and the work can be done outside while you are safely inside. Thanks, Teodor! We are absolutely adding you to our list of go-to maintenance folks for our property. See you next time!

Teodor was wonderful to work with. He was punctual, and gave advice on how to upkeep my windows and maintain them between cleanings. He did a wonderful job! My windows hadn't been cleaned in 9 years. I know. they were covered with dirt, dust, pollen, also the tracks were a mess. He got everything sparkling clean! There was also an issue with my screens not coming off easily, but he was able to figure it out without damaging them at all. The BEST!

Teodor came over right on time and cleaned our gutters with no hassle. Our house have roofs that are very hard to get to and can’t be walked on. He managed to do it all by himself using just ladders. Amazing work !

Teodor and his team were exceptional. They were honest and up front about the estimated price. He was available within 2 days. He showed up on time and was very pleasant and friendly and professional. He and his helper, Braydon, worked super hard, got it done quickly and the results were awesome! Super clean windows (2 sets floor to ceiling). And he was generous enough to throw in cleaning our ceiling fans that are super high and very dirty. Also they didn't leave a trace behind! I look forward to having them back again.
