My window was leaking water into my bedroom. I got an immediate response from Raul, who scheduled a time in the next 24 hours to come take a look. He and his partner diagnosed the issue quickly, gave me a very reasonable quote, and came back a few days later to re-seal and re-frame the window both outside and in. They were polite, careful to match the exact paint color on the frame (even went out to get the right paint when I didn't have it), and the new frame looks snug and great. I'm confident that it'll stand up to the next weather event (and will update here when it does).
