I feel so lucky to have Miguel as our Palo Alto property manager. By far he is the best propery manager Ive ever had. I sleep very well at night under his services in a nutshell His managing process very well defined, prompt, efficient, documented and professional for both landlord and tenant. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Initial phone call to get information about the property to be rented. - Provide customer with a FULL written proposal and market analysis. - Scheduled walk through appointment to view the property. - Customer signs Lease Listing Agreement or Property Management Agreement. - Take property photos and scanning to create a digital floor plan. - Put property on market. - Process leads and screen applicants. - Execute Lease Agreement. - Final walk through of property with photos on the day property is delivered to the new tenants.
