- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
* For landlords wanting only tenant placement for their rental properties: I have a FLAT TENANT PLACEMENT FEE $1,450. * For ongoing property management services: FLAT FEE $145/month. *For customers wanting to sell their home: FLAT LISTING BROKER FEE of $7,800 for home prices up to $1 Million. For home prices higher than $1Million, please ask for a proposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Initial phone call to get information about the property to be rented. - Provide customer with a FULL written proposal and market analysis. - Scheduled walk through appointment to view the property. - Customer signs Lease Listing Agreement or Property Management Agreement. - Take property photos and scanning to create a digital floor plan. - Put property on market. - Process leads and screen applicants. - Execute Lease Agreement. - Final walk through of property with photos on the day property is delivered to the new tenants.
