Mike with MCM Investigations was great to work with. He was responsive and got the the information I needed for my court case quickly. We hired MCM to help us out with someone taking advantage of a loved one. In summary, Mike was able to provide a bit more online information that we could get ourselves on sites that do online background checks such as beenverified but it didn't help us move the needle. We initially paid a retainer for a comprehensive background review (which you can get maybe 80% of that just through your own paid online background search). From there we asked if he could do what we could not, follow up in person, do some basic in real life research. You know, the stuff detectives do, connect the dots. We forwarded another larger retainer of but that only resulted in more online searches, even though we have the name, escrow account, address and the social security. We know IRL surveillance would cost substantially more to complete but a $3300 essentially bought us a online background report. Better to just stop there
