Liann was perfection! We went with her mobile bar which she set up and made super cute. She was wonderful in collaborating with us on creating signature cocktails for the event. She’s very nice, professional, and a great time! We will 1000% be hiring her again for future events and we recommend you do the same.

Liann w/Luxe Mobile Bar is top-notch! Liann is professional, attentive, and made some amazing drinks! My birthday celebration was a hit. Her setup was beautiful & clean, she was well-prepared and so easy to work with! I was able to greet my guest and send them straight to the bar to grab a drink. All of my guests had wonderful things to say about Liann. She also helped with the specialty drinks menu. I’ll be booking with her again. THANK YOU LIANN, you helped make my day extra special.

Inquired for a wedding. Her pricing was reasonable but communication was poor as the information being given was inconsistent. She confirmed she was available for my event date three times and then told me she overlooked her calendar and that she is no longer available. Then, she said that her pricing for my inquiry was $350 but then later said she looked over it again and noticed my event was for 100+ guests and called me to say that her contract states that any event with 100+ guests would require two bartenders which would increase my pricing by $200 more. She said this very strictly as well due to her wanting to be transparent. When she said she’s no longer available for my date, she said her employee would be available instead for $450. I asked if this is for 2 bartenders and she said no, it’s only for one. I first questioned why the price for one bartender suddenly increased by $100 and why now I can proceed with one bartender instead of two which I thought was the requirement? To keep it short, her answer was inflation……………….

I understand that changes in pricing and the requirement for additional staff can be frustrating, especially when planning such an important event. My intent was to ensure your event was properly staffed based on the number of guests to maintain the quality of service. The increase in pricing was due to the need for additional staffing based on the guest count, which is outlined in my contract. However, I understand how this information may have seemed inconsistent given the initial quotes provided. I also recognize that the explanation provided regarding inflation may not have fully addressed your concerns, and for that, I apologize. Your feedback is invaluable, and I will be using this as a learning opportunity to improve my communication and ensure transparency with future clients.
