- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
CSS will provide you with a clear breakdown of our costing specifications. CSS maintains a focus that to retain the highest quality security professionals in the industry, we must compensate them commensurate to their qualifications. CSS’ team has resolved to reduce our profit margin rather than decrease a security teams’ salary. Our costing structure provides for a well-paid, well motivated, and well retained security professional, at a conservative rate to our client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Establish full name and contact information. 2) Date, time and location of security detail. 3) Prepare service contract agreement between CSS and Client. 4) Address the security needs for each customer and assign a specialist to the detail. 5) Follow up with client to ensure all communication details are clear for their security service request. 6) Follow up communicationdetails with the assigned security specialist. 7) Provide the best Customer Service to the clients and their staff / guest.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CSS conducts training that exceeds most of our competitor’s programs. The knowledge and training of our leadership team is passed down to our new employees. In addition to the state mandated certification courses, Clete’s Security personnel must attend: First Aid, CPR, and AED Certifications, Fire Prevention and Fire Watch Courses, Threat and Vulnerability Assessment Analysis, Work Place Violence Awareness Training, Active Shooter Prevention and response certification, Transportation Safety, and OSHA regulations, FEMA Certification Courses in Incident Command, and Emergency management, and Advanced Use of Force Education developed by the current head of the Los Angeles Police Departments Use Of Force section. Our specialized Armed Team attend all the above in addition to Tactical Emergency Casualty Care, ongoing firearms training with members of the elite LAPD SWAT Team, Metro Division, and Firearms Cadre. All Personnel Receive, a step by step in detail training brief on the POST ORDERS of the assigned location and regular integrity audits.
