He was very professional in his communication and transparent about the work he was doing. He also spent extra time to make sure everything was working perfectly. Highly recommend!

This amazing tech Michael assessed our non working AC system on the hottest day of the year in an extremely hot attic. He wanted to ensure that we had cold air when he was done and he got it completed. He is so thorough in his explanations which we find refreshing. Thank you Michael!

The tech was on time and knowledgeable. However he kept losing his train of thought and I had to prompt him a few times to get back on topic. Also, he used many technical terms that I didn’t understand. During the visit he lost an item he brought with him and had to go back into my attic to find it. I got a consult from another company and was happier with the second.

HeyJohn, When cleaning up after working in a 165 degree attic, it takes a few trips to get tools and equipment put away and with such heat, one wants out of an attic fast LOL and you can forget a screwdriver or 2. I do strive to keep the information as simplistic as possible but definitely as detailed as possible so you understand what you are paying for. while I was simply sent there to do a great job and nothing else, I was steered in the direction of topics that were too personal and I was simply trying to navigate around such topics not related to AC work in any way whatsoever.
